Shipping Information

All orders are processed Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays- based on Malaysia’s yearly calendar).

Processing Time

• Ready Stock Products: 1–7 working days
• Made to order Stocks : 14-30 working days production + packing

Orders containing both ready stock and made-to-order items will be shipped together once all items are ready

Delivery Time (After Dispatch)

• Malaysia: 2–5 working days (via GDEX or equivalent courier)
• International: 14–20 working days (depending on destination)

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier delays or customs.

The Company shall not be held responsible for delays arising from circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to:

  • Customs inspections and clearance procedures

  • Courier service disruptions

  • Adverse weather conditions

  • Public holidays

  • Force majeure events

Shipping Fees

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the following factors:

  • Delivery destination

  • Package weight

  • Package dimensions

  • Applicable courier service rates

The final shipping fee will be displayed and confirmed prior to payment completion.

Order Tracking

Upon dispatch, customers will receive a shipment confirmation email containing:

  • Tracking number

  • Courier information

  • Shipment tracking link (where available)

Customers are responsible for monitoring shipment progress using the tracking information provided.
