Shipping Information

All orders are processed Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays- based on Malaysia’s yearly calendar).

Processing Time

• Books,Totebag & Activity Kits (Ready Stock): 1–3 working days
• T-Shirts (Made-to-Order): 7-12 working days production + packing

Orders containing both ready stock and made-to-order items will be shipped together once all items are ready

Delivery Time (After Dispatch)

• Malaysia: 2–5 working days (via GDEX or equivalent courier)
• International: 7–14 working days (depending on destination)

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier delays or customs.

Shipping Fees

Shipping rates will be calculated at checkout based on your location.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and link to track your parcel.
